Industrial Properties Wanted

I have the following clients looking for Industrial properties:
1. TV Production company seeking industrial space on the quiet street. Up to $1.5 Million in value, prefer east or south Vancouver. Prefer free-standing building, but will consider strata for the right property. Minimum 3000 SF, must have at least 1000 SF open production/warehouse space.
2. Construction company seeking industrial space in North Burnaby. Minimum 3,000 SF, up to 10,000 SF. Prefer a site with parking for 5-7 vehicles. Willing to lease back up to 7,000 SF of space.
