GOOD NEWS alert....Home prices in urban US are on a tear, climbing 12.4% year-over-year through July, which is the fastest pace since Feb-06. Canadian July retail sales reversed June’s outsized decline, paving the way for a decent GDP report scheduled to be released Monday.
