Foreign Investor Stats Revealed

Some limited news on foreign investor ownership in Vancouver: 

Foreign owners made up a bigger share of condo markets in Vancouver last year, according to CMHC, comprising 3.5% of the market in Vancouver and 3.3% of the market in Toronto.
