Summary of 2016 Residential Market Data for Metro Vancouver

This is an excellent video summarizing the 2016 Market: In my opinion, we are not going to see much in the way of further price drops in any given market segment. Although sales volume is down, the sales to listings ratio have remained above 20% for the most part which still indicates a seller's market because of the lack of product to choose from. As the market slows down in Vancouver, so do the listings volumes. This keeps the prices level.
